Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition, without signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging. 

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@graceandfaithjewellery.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or damaged.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are in stock. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, follow the return process and indicate your desired exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
