Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials, including:

2. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes, all of our jewellery is hypoallergenic. We use materials that are gentle on the skin, including 316L stainless steel and gold plating. If you have specific concerns, please check the product details or contact us.

3. Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery?
Possibly, we do not offer personalised jewellery. However, if you have a specific design you are after, then please contact us and we will try to accommodate!

4. How should I care for my jewellery?
To ensure your jewellery stays beautiful, follow these care tips:

• Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
• Clean regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth.

5. Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?
You can, however we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or using any chemicals (e.g., cleaning products, perfumes). Chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals can damage the finish and materials over time.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

7. Where do you ship?

8. How long does shipping take?
• National (UK): 2-4 business days
Please note that these are estimates, and during busy seasons (e.g., holidays), there may be delays.

9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £35 within the UK.

10. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Returns & Exchanges

11. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn, undamaged jewellery in its original packaging. For more details, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

12. How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@graceandfaithjewellery.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

13. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on your bank.

14. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping for all orders in a box. Simply select the “Gift Wrap” option during checkout, and we’ll beautifully package your jewellery.
